APARTMENT RATES AND BOOKING INQUIRIES

All owners request different apartment rental rates and conditions. The below rates are our normal advertised rates so please fill in our booking inquiry from and submit. Only then can we offer you availability and the correct rates.

* Please remember that we use weekly rates so the daily rates below are there if you require extra nights between 1/2 weeks etc

* Please remember that our minimum stay is 7 nights (Weekly rates) so the above daily rates are ONLY there to calculate any extra nights over our weekly rates. For example. If you wish to stay 10 nights then we will calculate 1x weekly and 3 x daily and so forth.

* If you wish to book monthly rates in high/peak seasons then the owners wish this is on request only.

BOOKING PROCESS

1. All owners request different apartment rental rates and conditions so when you have filled in the inquiry from only then can we offer you availability and the correct rates.
2. Please be advised that with all inquiries we reply right away with the total cost and then ask you to confirm the total rate and conditions. Only then do we contact all owners requesting if there’s availability. This process could take up to 1 days to receive responses back from any owners.
3. Payment: As a company we ONLY except 50% of the total unit amount + the deposit to confirm any booking. Then the outstanding balance has to be paid 14 days before arrival. Obviously if you want to pay in full to save on bank/payment changes then this is acceptable also.
4. We accept payment by bank/wire transfers or via PayPal

POINTS / EXTRA COSTS:

1) Minimum stay is 7 nights so for example if you want to stay 10 nights then we will divide the final rates between weekly and daily rates. The daily advertised rates on the website are only there so you can calculate the extra nights.

2) Electricity/Water:
Normally the electricity is THB 7.5 per unit plus vat 7%. Water is THB 61.25 per unit plus vat 7%. From experience, there’s around THB 4,000 – THB 7,000 per month consumed during my guest were there. This is obviously dependent on how much water and electric you use etc.

3) Room cleaning service:
If you wish our staff to clean your room it is THB 700 per time, including changing of bed sheets & towels.

4) Laundry Service:
The laundry service is approximately THB1500-600 per time depend on how many pieces you want cleaned.

6) Security Deposit:
Upon booking the owners request a refundable holding deposit of between 15,000THB and 30,000THB for monthly and weekly rentals

7) Airport Transfer:
If you wish the Bang Tao Beach Gardens to meet, greet and transport you from the Airport then the transport rate will be 900 THB one-way.

8) Baby Cot:
If you require a baby cot we can supply this and the cost is THB 250 per day

CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS

You must notify the Property of cancellation and reductions at least 30 days prior to arrival date or as early as possible in the Peak Season and High Season.

During high and peak Seasons (01 Nov – 30 April), the following terms and conditions of room booking and room amendment as follows:

• The minimum 7 night stay is required for all bookings.
• The check-out time on Peak Season must be at 12.00 pm. (noon time) (change all previously sentence)
• Any cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival date, a one night of the room rate will be charged.
• Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, a two night of the room rate will be charged.
• Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival date, a 7 night of the weekly rate will be charged.
• Any cancellation money will be taken from the security deposit.
